APS Bargaining Briefing
In the first round of APS-wide bargaining, we made history. We bargained together, we won big - real progress on pay equity, back pay, flexible work, increased paid parental leave, and better conditions. But it was all new territory and much of the detail on how service wide and agency negotiations would work together only became clear as the process progressed.
In August 2025, the CPSU ran member-only briefings to kickstart the second round of APS Wide Bargaining. The briefing will help members understand the bargaining process and how their preferences will be represented at the bargaining table.
