When you move agencies as a result of a Machinery of Government (MoG) change, this may impact on your employment arrangements and conditions.
Although service-wide bargaining resulted in the adoption of a range of common conditions across the APS (including flexible work rights, consultation, EL TOIL, paid parental leave and more), there are still some entitlements under your current agency agreement which are likely to differ in a number of respects from the agency you are moving to as a result of a MoG change.
There is no requirement for the receiving agency to guarantee these agency-specific conditions when employees move through a MoG. The CPSU is in your corner advocating for no members to be disadvantaged through MoG changes.
