In the last round of enterprise bargaining, at the NDIA agency level negotiations, your CPSU bargaining team won improved performance management rights and protections. Given workload pressure in the NDIA are an identified WHS risk, it is particularly important that workers are informed about your rights and that management apply the EA protections fairly and appropriately.

The CPSU is available to assist if you are experiencing difficulty with achieving performance targets, are facing allegations of unsatisfactory performance by management, or are undergoing performance management. You can access support by contacting your workplace delegate or the CPSU Member Service Centre.
