In service-wide bargaining in 2023, CPSU members won new measures to address workload pressures.

The workload clauses are a key element of these measures and are included as an appendix to this fact sheet. The clauses create an obligation for employers to consider the impact of workload on employees’ personal lives, and also grant employees a new right to have their workload reviewed.
